A set of concentric spheres.
The EGS_cSpheres class implements the geometry methods for a set of
concentric spheres which define a geometry with
regions. As in the case of a set of cylinders , the region index within the innermost sphere is 0 with the region index increasing towards the last sphere in the set.
The additional keys needed to construct a set of spheres is
library = egs_spheres midpoint = Ox, Oy, Oz radii = list of sphere radii in increasing order
Examples of the usage of sets of spheres can be found in the cones.geom, hemisphere.geom, mushroom.geom, rounded_ionchamber.geom and I6702.inp example geometry files.

There is also a second geometry type called EGS_cSphericalShell that allows you to construct a geometry of concentric spheres where the innermost region is considered external to the geometry (i.e., it is a hollow spherical shell). Input for this geometry looks like:

:stop geometry:The above geometry would have two regions, region 0 being 1 <= R <= 2 (medium M0), and region 1 being 2 <= R <= 3 (medium M1). Particles with R < 1 and R > 3 would be considered outside the geometry.
